Yunque - Fábrica de arte

Yunque is a studio and contemporary art factory founded by the multidisciplinary artist Viktor Martínez. This laboratory is dedicated to the advising and development of multidisciplinary projects that involves machinery, skilled manual labor and technical tools.

Three aspects characterize the place : production, residences and exhibition. Yunque is a production space: Artists, galleries, museums and businessmen linked to the artistic environment come to this space to solve the elaboration of exhibition works that have a high degree of complexity in sculpture, installation, object and industrial design among other areas. The place also works as a temporary art residence for local and foreign artists who require a space with machinery that allows them to realize their own project, as well as technical assistance and skilled labor. Eventually, Yunque is not a gallery but hosts exhibitions related to its activities, adding to the many cultural and artistic activities offered by the city throughout the year.
