Independent
Unión is an exhibition space for cultural activities created in 2019 in what used to be an auto parts store in the Escandón neighborhood. In this independent 28 m² space, activities are carried out collectively with the purpose of fostering the exchange of ideas, promoting, supporting, and uniting efforts in favor of artists. Unión develops activities focused on the management and exhibition of painting and other contemporary art disciplines, facilitates connections between national and international artists, exhibits and promotes the sale of works by contemporary artists who require the space through its open call program, and ultimately positions emerging projects aimed at new collectors. The space is available for rent for individual or collective exhibitions, with the objective of promoting and showcasing artistic and curatorial proposals from different disciplines.
