Yo Studio invites you to the guided tour with the artist and closing of the exhibition Una piedra es un gesto, by Marcel del Castillo.

The exhibition brings together the recent work of the artist who proposes an affective attention to the landscape mediated by the stones, an attention that demands to stop. A rebellion against the hypervisual, narcissistic and algorithmic impulse to see the landscape as an aesthetic style or an advertising category. Through photographs, watercolors, videos and an installation, the exhibition demands a sensitivity that allows us to be affected by the strange, slow and contemplative of a slow pulse of life. A pulse that manifests itself as a territory of knowledge, aesthetics and materialities.
