Andrés Anza is a contemporary sculptor who distinguishes himself by his exploration of the abstract and the figurative. His work invites reflection on the invisible and the unseen, challenging conventional perceptions. Using ceramics as his primary medium, Anza creates amorphous forms that seem to emerge from an imaginary ecosystem. His sculptures, with imposing volume, complex reliefs and exuberant textures, demand to be appreciated from multiple angles. Observing them becomes an exercise in recognition, an immersion in the unknown.
