Alejandro Pintado

Drexel Gallery presents its next exhibition: Señales para el futuro, featuring the work of Alejandro Pintado.

Time is imminent, it does not stop. Today we are only observers of the changes it brings, like waves that hit a coast with force, their passage leaves traces that integrate and transform the landscape.

Nature takes us back to our origins, shows us where we come from and how tiny we are. It reappropriates what was once its own. Today it is contained in orthogonal streets and paths, obstacles that limit its steps. Its strength is unmatched, it drags with it everything in its path, leaving signs that show us that the environment has changed.

Señales para el futuro shows the integration of new elements, atmospheres that leave invisible paths behind, moving between the great mountains of the Sierra Huasteca, filling with colors in their path, changing the order and reminding us of the grandeur of nature. Clear signs that remind us of its presence, but at the same time they set the tone for a new story.

Drexel Gallery presents the latest work of artist Alejandro Pintado in the solo exhibition Señales para el futuro. The exhibition consists of a new body of work made specifically for this occasion, large format canvases, an installation and a series of sculptures.
