Técnicas para llenar y vaciar by Luis Vélez is a multidisciplinary project; the contained, the fluid, and their limits develop a staging of the contemporary relational context and the implementation of techniques for managing these affective bonds.

The containers are an allegory for personal relationships in a consumerist context, limited to mere casual encounters, stripped of meaning, transcendence, and commitment, reducing them to disposable items.

The sensitive and emotional is incorporeal—changeable and formless—conditioned by the container, which limits affective communication and attempts to give form to the now twisted interpersonal sphere; summarized as consumption and its abandonment, which generates a resistant shell that navigates between revealing vulnerability and secretly spilling over.
