Servidor Local presents the workshop Experiments with tape: Modify a player + learn to make your own tape loops taught by BEBO Grabaciones and Neutrino Labs Mx.

This workshop seeks to generate connection networks through playful and recreational processes that allow us to create, collaborate, explore and experiment together, based on the intervention and creation of electronic devices and sound boxes. This activity is part of the Sound Program of the exhibition Sound sculptures: an exploration of the minimal components of the environment by Mario Rodríguez.

El Bebo Grabaciones is a music management and production platform that encourages expression, experimentation and sound creativity directed by Miguel López and Alec Jardón. Neutrino Labs Mx is an experimental laboratory for the creation of electronic devices and sound boxes directed by Axl Vaca.

In collaboration, we seek to generate connection networks through playful and recreational processes that allow us to create, collaborate, explore and experiment together. We believe in do-it-yourself (DIY) and maintain that through its practice it is possible to create community, generate spaces for independent music and blur the line between making and enjoying music.
