Morton Subastas invites you to participate in the Latin American Art auction.

Particularly noteworthy is an oil on canvas painted in 1949 by Diego Rivera, titled Dama Oaxaqueña, a masterful piece in which a woman of distinguished bearing can be seen wearing a traditional dress from the Isthmus of Tehuantepec.

The work of artists such as David Alfaro Siqueiros, José Clemente Orozco, Miguel Covarrubias, Jorge González Camarena, Francisco Eppens, Saturnino Herrán and Roberto Montenegro is presented, with compositions that capture tradition, 20th century academic study and the muralist legacy.

It has pieces by contemporary artists such as: Sergio Hernández, Jorge Marín, Javier Marín, Julio Galán, Jan Hendrix, Armando Romero, Armando Zesatti and Pedro Friedeberg.
